MarketVog ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered marketing operating system that researches, strategizes, creates, and executes marketing workflows for businesses. We are committed to responsible, transparent data practices. We collect and process information to operate the Platform, deliver services, improve functionality, maintain security, and communicate with users. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide clear, honest transparency regarding:

• What categories of information we collect and how we receive it
• The purposes for which we use and process that information
• How information is stored, protected, and retained
• Under what circumstances information may be shared with third parties
• Your rights and choices regarding your personal information

MarketVog collects several categories of information depending on how you interact with the Platform.

A. Account Information. When you register for an account or subscribe to a plan, we may collect your name, email address, company or business name, job title, account login credentials, subscription and billing details, and account preferences.

B. Business and Platform Inputs. To operate the Platform and deliver AI-powered services, users provide business descriptions, marketing goals, campaign instructions, uploaded files, content requests, strategic objectives, brand guidelines, audience information, and other operational inputs. This information is essential to Platform functionality and is processed to deliver the services you have requested.

C. Payment Information. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. MarketVog may receive billing confirmation, subscription status, and transaction reference information. We do not store complete payment card numbers or sensitive financial credentials directly. Payment processors maintain their own security and privacy standards and you should review their policies separately.

D. Technical and Device Information. We may automatically collect technical data when you access the Platform, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, language settings, referring URLs, session duration, network information, and system logs. This data supports security, analytics, troubleshooting, and Platform performance monitoring.

E. Communications and Support Data. If you contact us for support, submit inquiries, or communicate with MarketVog through any channel, we may retain those communications and associated metadata to respond to your requests and improve our support services.

F. Connected Social Account and Integration Data. If you connect a third-party platform such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, or another supported service, we may collect connection metadata, account or Page identifiers, account or Page names, authorization scopes granted, token expiration dates, connected asset selections, publishing permissions, post identifiers, media references, scheduled publishing records, engagement metrics, and related integration status information. We do not collect or store your social platform password. Connections are completed through the third-party provider's OAuth or authorization process.

MarketVog uses collected information to operate and continuously improve the Platform. We process information only for legitimate business purposes and to deliver the services users have requested.

Platform Operations. We use your information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, deliver subscribed services, process payments, maintain billing records, and operate all Platform features and functions.

AI and Workflow Functionality. Information provided to the Platform — including business context, uploaded materials, and workflow instructions — is processed by our AI systems to generate content, produce recommendations, support strategy creation, coordinate automation, and deliver AI-powered features. See Section 4 for a full disclosure of AI and automated processing practices.

Customer Support and Communications. We use information to respond to your inquiries, resolve technical issues, provide account assistance, send billing and account notices, and communicate important service updates.

Security and Fraud Prevention. We process information to detect and prevent unauthorized access, investigate abuse and policy violations, protect accounts, monitor for suspicious activity, and enforce Platform policies.

Platform Improvement. Aggregated and anonymized usage data and analytics may be used to understand how users interact with the Platform, identify improvement opportunities, develop new features, monitor system performance, and optimize infrastructure.

Connected Platform Publishing and Analytics. Where you authorize a social or third-party integration, we use connection data to verify available accounts or Pages, publish approved or scheduled content, upload media where supported, retrieve post and Page performance data, monitor integration health, refresh tokens where permitted, and display connected account status inside MarketVog.

Legal Compliance. We may process information as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, exercise or defend legal rights, and fulfill regulatory requirements.

MarketVog incorporates artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, predictive processing, and intelligent automation as core components of the Platform. This section provides transparent disclosure of how your information interacts with these systems.

User information and platform inputs are processed by AI systems to support:

• Content generation, drafting, and formatting
• Marketing strategy development and recommendation generation
• Market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights
• Workflow coordination and automation task execution
• Publishing scheduling and outreach optimization
• System performance improvement and model refinement where permitted

No Legally Binding Automated Decisions. MarketVog does not use automated processing to make legally binding decisions about users, including decisions affecting legal rights, financial status, or access to regulated services. AI-generated outputs are intended solely to support marketing and operational workflows.

Human Oversight. MarketVog strongly recommends that users maintain active human oversight of all AI-generated content and automated workflows. Outputs from AI systems should be reviewed, edited, and approved by responsible users before publication or deployment.

Third-Party AI Providers. MarketVog may use third-party AI and cloud service providers to process inputs and generate outputs. Such providers may process information in accordance with their own data processing agreements and security standards. MarketVog endeavors to work only with providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards.

MarketVog collects analytics and usage information to understand how the Platform is used, identify technical issues, improve usability, and guide product development. Analytics data may include:

• Pages visited, features accessed, and navigation paths
• Session duration, engagement frequency, and interaction patterns
• Feature adoption metrics and workflow completion rates
• Error rates, performance metrics, and technical diagnostics
• Device types, browser configurations, and platform environments

Analytics information may be collected through internal systems, analytics providers, monitoring tools, and performance tracking platforms. Where appropriate, analytics data may be aggregated or anonymized before use in product development or reporting. MarketVog uses analytics solely to improve Platform quality and user experience.

MarketVog allows users to connect supported third-party platforms so the Platform can publish approved content, schedule posts, upload media, and retrieve performance information on behalf of the user or business. Supported integrations may include LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and additional services as the Platform evolves.

When you connect a social platform, the provider may send MarketVog an authorization token, refresh token where supported, token expiration information, account or Page identifiers, account display names, selected business assets, granted permission scopes, and related connection metadata. We store sensitive tokens encrypted at rest and use them only to provide the integration features you authorize.

Depending on the platform and permissions granted, MarketVog may process:

• Connected profile, Page, organization, business account, or channel identifiers
• Names, usernames, handles, Page names, organization names, and selected asset metadata
• Content drafts, captions, media URLs, uploaded media, and scheduled publishing instructions
• Published post IDs, publishing status, errors, platform responses, and audit records
• Engagement and performance data such as impressions, reach, reactions, comments, shares, clicks, or similar metrics when available
• Token expiration, refresh status, connection health, and disconnection status

MarketVog uses this data only to operate the connected integration: to show available accounts or Pages, let users select the correct publishing destination, publish or schedule approved content, monitor whether publishing succeeded, retrieve analytics, diagnose integration failures, maintain account security, and improve the Platform's workflow experience.

Users can disconnect integrations from the Settings area. Disconnecting removes MarketVog's active connection record and stops future publishing and analytics synchronization for that platform. Where supported by the provider, MarketVog may also request revocation of the provider authorization. Disconnection does not automatically delete content already published on third-party platforms; users must manage previously published content directly on the applicable platform unless MarketVog provides a deletion feature for that platform.

Connected platforms remain independent third parties. Their own terms, privacy policies, permission screens, data retention practices, and API rules govern their collection and processing of data outside MarketVog. Users should review each provider's terms before connecting an account or Page.

MarketVog does not sell personal information to third parties as a business practice. Information may be shared only under the following limited and lawful circumstances:

Service Providers. We may engage trusted third-party vendors and service providers to support Platform operations, including cloud hosting infrastructure, payment processing, analytics platforms, communication delivery, security monitoring, and technical support. These providers access information only as necessary to perform their contracted services and are not permitted to use your information for their own independent purposes.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements. We may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, court orders, or government requests, protect the rights and safety of MarketVog, users, or the public, investigate and address fraud or security threats, or enforce these Terms and related policies.

Business Transactions. If MarketVog undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will endeavor to notify users of any such change in ownership or control where legally required and will ensure appropriate protections are maintained.

With Your Consent. We may share information with additional third parties where you have provided explicit informed consent for such sharing.

We do not share personal information with advertising networks for targeted advertising purposes. We seek to minimize unnecessary information sharing and apply proportionality principles when engaging third-party processors.

When you use MarketVog, you may submit business data, uploaded files, campaign materials, content instructions, strategic inputs, brand information, and other operational materials to enable Platform functionality. You retain ownership of your original business content and materials.

By submitting information to the Platform, you authorize MarketVog to process, store, analyze, display, and transmit such information as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform services you have requested. MarketVog accesses your business data solely to operate the Platform — not for independent commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit to the Platform:

• Is lawfully owned by you or you have all necessary permissions to submit and process it
• Does not violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Complies with applicable data protection laws for any personal data included
• Does not include sensitive personal data of third parties without appropriate legal basis

MarketVog does not claim ownership over user business data. Platform access to your content exists solely to support service delivery and functionality.

MarketVog takes data security seriously and implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the Platform. Security measures may include:

• Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls and network protections
• Authentication systems and multi-factor authentication capabilities where available
• Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS)
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest where appropriate
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only

• Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal and operational obligations
• Billing records may be retained for up to seven (7) years to meet financial, tax, and legal compliance requirements
• Platform usage data and analytics may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for Platform improvement purposes
• User content and inputs are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period following account closure, subject to your deletion requests
• Security and log data may be retained for security investigation, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes
• Social integration tokens and metadata are retained while the integration remains connected and for a limited period thereafter where needed for security, audit logs, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or abuse prevention

Upon account closure or termination, certain information may remain temporarily in backup systems or be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons before being deleted in accordance with our internal retention schedules. MarketVog manages retention in accordance with applicable legal, business, and security obligations.

MarketVog operates using digital infrastructure that may involve cloud hosting, international systems, distributed service providers, and cross-border technical operations. As a result, information you provide may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

By using MarketVog, you acknowledge and consent to the international transfer and cross-border processing of your information through lawful infrastructure providers. MarketVog works with service providers and infrastructure platforms that maintain appropriate privacy, security, and data protection practices.

Users located in jurisdictions with specific data transfer requirements acknowledge that such transfers occur in connection with service delivery and that MarketVog applies reasonable safeguards to cross-border data flows.

Integration Controls. You may connect or disconnect supported third-party integrations through your account settings. Disconnecting an integration stops MarketVog from using that connection for future publishing or analytics synchronization, subject to retention of limited records needed for security, audit, legal, or operational purposes.

Marketing Communications. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time. However, transactional, security, billing, and legal notices are required for account operation and will continue regardless of marketing preferences.

Deletion Requests. You may request deletion of certain personal information where legally appropriate. Deletion requests may be subject to legal obligations, security requirements, fraud prevention purposes, legitimate business needs, or technical limitations. We will verify your identity before processing deletion requests.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA). Users under 18 must operate the platform under appropriate supervision or on behalf of a business or organization.

MarketVog does not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal information from individuals under 16 years of age. If we become aware that personal information has been submitted by or collected from a person under 16, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, remove that information, and restrict associated account access.

Parents or guardians who believe that a minor has submitted personal information to the Platform should contact MarketVog immediately through our official support channels.
